People who wish to join the Registry will be asked to give consent.
Adults (aged 18 and over):
Adults will be asked to:
- Read an information sheet. This will be about the Registry.
- Complete a consent form.
Children (from birth to 18 years):
A parent or guardian will need to give consent for those who are younger than eighteen (18).
When members turn eighteen (18), they will be asked to consent as an adult.
Personal information provided by Registry members to The University of Queensland is dealt with in accordance with the university's Privacy Management Policy.
